Our form pricing is based on the number of approved entries you take for your event.
As your event grows, you move through the pricing tiers, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
Form entries can be approved or rejected, and only approved entries are counted towards the total fee.

Below is our transparent ticketing fee structure.
We only charge on paid tickets - free or complimentary are always free for events that also sell paid tickets through ShowMinder.

All fees are per transaction and exclusive of VAT.
Fees can be passed to the ticket buyer as a booking fee, or absorbed by the event organizer.
For events that are completely free to enter, we charge a small fee to cover our costs.
This allows us to provide our services for free-to-enter events while ensuring we can continue to develop and improve our platform.
